Mean Part 1

Mean is the average of a group of numbers. It is calculated by adding all numbers in the group, and dividing the sum by the total count of the numbers in the group.

For example: Consider the group of numbers {9, 1, 7, 6, 2}.

Sum of all the numbers = 9 + 1 + 7 + 6 + 2 = 25

The total count of the numbers is 5.

Now, divide the obtained sum by the total count of the numbers.

25 ÷ 5  = 5

So, the mean of the group of numbers {9, 1, 7, 6, 2} is 5.
